Transitional Program

For years, we at STAR Physical Therapy have prided ourselves on having a reputation of excellence in the field of Physical Therapy. In an effort to make our facility more accessible to the general community, we would like to introduce our new Transitional Program.

STAR Physical Therapy will now offer a 3-week, one on one training program for those patients who have reached their physical therapy goals but are interested in taking their fitness training to the next level. The 3 week package includes 5 one on one sessions with our Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, 4 independent sessions, and full access to our brand new 4800 sq ft rehabilitation facility, including our state of the art cardio and fitness equipment.

First time members will enjoy an introductory meeting with one of our experienced staff members to review our program benefits and guidelines. They will answer any questions you may have regarding the Transitional Program as well as any additional questions pertaining to our services here at STAR Physical Therapy.

The training sessions may include but are not limited to:
  Body Mass Index Calculation
  Height and Weight Measurements
  Personalized Fitness Goals
  Personalized Fitness Plan
  One on one training sessions with our Certified Strength/Conditioning Specialist
