V.I.P. Gym Membership Program

In an effort to make our facility more accessible to the general community, we would like to introduce our new V.I.P. Gym Membership Program. STAR Physical Therapy will now offer a 3 month, limited gym membership to members of the community. For a low monthly membership fee, we will allow V.I.P. program members access to our brand new 4800 sq ft rehabilitation facility, including our state of the art cardio and fitness equipment.

First time members will enjoy an introductory meeting with one of our experienced staff members to review our membership benefits and guidelines. They will answer any questions you may have regarding the V.I.P. Gym Membership Program as well as any additional questions pertaining to our services here at STAR Physical Therapy.
